To join, customers need to present any combinations of the following Surf sachets in any of over 1,500 Cebuana Lhuillier branches nationwide:
- 12 sachets of Surf 5-in-1 Powders
- 6 sachets of other Surf Powders
Also, customers need to fill out a sheet with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Mobile Number
- Number of sachets presented
- Total SMS redeemed
- Signature of the client
After presenting the needed requirements, customers just need to wait for the free Smart SMS load. Promo will run from February 17 - March 18, 2013 but redemption of free SMS will be until May 17, 2013.

As of now, we haven't received any advised yet if Talk N Text is included in the promo. But, you may directly ask the nearest Cebuana Lhuillier since they are the ones giving the P25 load.

I believe you can still redeem your SMS as redemption is still good until May 17, 2013.
