Globe partners with SingTel to launch MyAppsMall

Globe Telecom, one of the leading local telcos in the country, partners with Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) to launch MyAppsMall, an applications (apps) store that will offer mobile games and other applications in a single portal.

MyAppsMall offers a wide variety of applications catering to various categories such as games, entertainment, social networking, productivity, lifestyle, sports, news and,  finance and weather. Initally, it will showcase over 20,000 free and paid apps all accessible either via mobile or a PC browser.

Contents in this apps portal let users of Android, Symbian, Java or BlackBerry units maximize their mobile experience. Since the app store can be accessed in a single portal, registered users will no longer have to maintain multiple accounts to download any interesting application. In the Philippines, users will just have to log to m.apps.globe.com.ph (using any mobile browsers) or apps.globe.com.ph (using any PC web browsers).
